The continuous occurrence of deaths after vaccinations has caused many people to have doubts about vaccinations. So what is the view of the medical profession? Recently, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the European Union's drug authorities have discovered that there may be a correlation between the use of Pfizer/BNT and Modena covid-19 mRNA vaccines and myocarditis and pericarditis.
According to the analysis of the European Medicines Agency, as of July 10, among the 177 million doses of Pfizer/BNT vaccinations, 145 cases of myocarditis and 138 cases of pericarditis occurred; and among the 20 million doses of Modena vaccination, there were 19 cases of myocarditis and 19 cases of pericarditis, five of them died.
So, can the vaccine be gotten safely? In this regard, the doctor pointed out, although the data showed that the number of young men who received the second dose of mRNA vaccine had myocarditis was higher than expected, the incidence rate was calculated to be 12.6 cases per million, it is extremely rare. Therefore, from a health perspective, getting vaccine is more good than harm.
The doctor said that after the occurrence of myocarditis in these young people, most of them recovered well after proper treatment. Compared with the serious illness or death that may be caused by not receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, it is currently estimated that the mRNA vaccine can still be vaccinated.
