        How to care for hair, and how to care for hair naturally?
        The first thing to know is that hair loss ≠ hair fall.
        It is generally believed that a normal person has about 100,000 hairs, and shortening the hair within 100-150 hairs a day is considered to be physiological hair fall, so there is no need to be nervous. Because hair growth is a cyclical and replacement process, each hair will enter the regression phase after the growth of each hair is reduced, and then the hair roots will shrink and enter the resting phase, causing the hair to shift. Although normal hair loss will make the hair thinner to a certain extent, this thinning degree is basically invisible to the naked eye. This is not the case with hair loss. Only local hair thinning or even baldness can be clearly observed in hair loss. If you observe carefully, you will find that most of the hairs that fall out of hair loss have white grains at the roots. Introduce two self-test methods for hair loss problems:
        1. Pull hair test
        Use your thumb, index finger and middle finger to gently pinch a strand of hair from the root of the hair (about 40-60 hairs), and gently pull it along the hair. If you only have 1 to 2 hairs fallen, don't worry; if you can squeeze 3 or more hairs, be careful of hair loss; if you squeeze more than 5 hairs at a time, it means you have serious hair loss. Note: It is not accurate to do a hair extension test just after shampooing. Please do it at least 1 day after shampooing. It is more reliable to do it without shampooing for 3 to 5 days.
        2. Observe the pillow.
        After waking up in the morning, you can see how many hairs have fallen from the pillow, and then multiply the number of fallen hairs by 3, which is the approximate amount of hair loss in a day.
        The following situations are in line with the laws of nature, don't panic.
        Decrease in middle-aged hair volume. With age, hair will also improve. Hair and teeth are related to the rise and fall of kidney Qi and age. When women are around 35 years old and men are around 40 years old, their hair begins to decrease. This should be in line with normal physiological laws and should not be overly nervous. Here we should also note that bad emotions also have a bad effect on hair. Because Chinese medicine believes that "the kidney stores essence, and its characteristics display on fairs.  The liver stores blood, and the hair is the rest of the blood." The liver and kidney are deficient, the essence and blood are insufficient, and the hair is dysfunctional. However, if you are in a state of panic and tension for a long time, and then affect sleep, it will easily lead to deficiency of liver and kidney Qi and blood, and hair loss will appear or aggravate.
        Postpartum hair loss is normal. Postpartum hair loss is a normal phenomenon. It usually occurs around 3 to 7 months after childbirth. It will get better after 6 to 9 months. The longest will not exceed 1 year. Generally, it can heal itself, so there is no need for excessive stress and special treatment. The growth of beard and hair is related to the vigor and deficiency of blood Qi. The top moistens the hair roots, and the hair roots dries up, causing the hair to be deficient and diseased. But after the feeding, pay more attention to conditioning, the blood will increase. At the same time, those who have recovered from a serious illness will also experience a decrease in hair volume due to the lack of blood and Qi in the body. When the condition is restored, the hair will grow back again.
         "People are born with the aura of heaven and earth", so the changes in nature are closely related to people. The climate is dry in autumn and winter, and the leaves are withered and falling. In such seasons, people are more likely to lose their hair.
        Precautions for preventing hair loss
        Adjust your mentality and pay attention to rest. Insomnia, worry, nervousness, and excessive fatigue are not conducive to the production of Qi and blood, which basically leads to hair loss. Pay attention to rest, adjust your mentality, ensure sleep, relax your mood, and moderate physical activity, all contribute to hair growth.
        Eat less oily products. Addiction to fatty, fried, spicy and irritating products can easily lead to spleen and stomach dampness and heat, greasy head and face, and hair loss. Balanced nutrition is helpful for hair growth. Appropriate supplementation of almonds, shellfish, steak, beans, eggs, dairy products, oranges, etc. In this way, hair loss can be vertically offset to a certain extent.
        Reduce the damage caused by ultraviolet radiation, perm and hair dyeing, and swimming pool water.
        Shampoo moderately, think combing your hair, and avoid excessive tension and pressure on the scalp.
        Three formulas of natural hair care by Chinese medicine
        1. Shampoo your hair with homemade chrysanthemums.
        Material: Extracted from "Yu Yao Yuan Fang", 20 grams each of Chrysanthemum, Fructus Viticis, Cacumen Platycladi, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Cortex Mori, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Herba Asari, and Yerbadetajo Herb.
        Production method: Add one liter of water and boil for 20 minutes. After filtering, use it to shampoo to refresh the hair.
        Long-haired women can comb their hair before washing their hair. Smoothly combed hair can prevent hair from tangling during shampooing. When shampooing, the water temperature should not be too hot, preferably around 38°C, mainly for comfort. Too hot can easily damage the scalp. When shampooing in winter, the hair will droop naturally. You can gently massage the scalp and hair with your fingers or fingertips. Do not shampoo frequently, preferably 2-3 times a week. After washing your hair and wiping it with a dry towel until it does not drip, it is best to use a hair dryer. Adjust the temperature of the hair dryer to mid-range and dry it in the order from roots to tips. Drying the roots is the key.
        2. Black Bean Lotus Root Chicken Soup: Tonifying the Kidney and Strengthening the Hair
        Ingredients: 75 grams of black beans, 250 grams of lotus root, half an old hen, 4 red dates, 5 grams of ginger, appropriate amount of refined salt.
        Method: Add the black beans to an iron pan and fry them until the bean coats are cracked, then wash them with water and dry them for later use. The old hen is slaughtered to remove the hair, viscera and fat, and wash it for later use. Wash the lotus root, red dates, and ginger separately, cut the lotus root into pieces, remove the pits of the red dates, scrape and slice the ginger, and set aside. Bring the soup pot to heat, add an appropriate amount of water, boil over a high heat, add black beans, old hen, lotus root, red dates and ginger, switch to medium heat and continue to simmer for about 3 hours. Add appropriate amount of salt.
        3. Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Walnut Drink-Tonic blood and hair growth
        Ingredients: 5 grams of Rhizoma Chuanxiong, 20 grams of Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata and 30 grams of walnuts.
        Method: Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata, walnuts washed, dried, mashed together, put in a pot and boiled to replace tea.
