1. Honey lemonade

Add white granulated sugar to ginger and lemon slices and mix well. The granulated sugar melts and is fully pickled into the ginger and lemon. 4. Watermelon strawberry lemonade
        Ingredients: 1.2 kg of watermelon, 150 g of fresh strawberries, 120 ml of fresh lemon juice, 200 g of caster sugar, and 475 ml of water.

5. Cassia lemon tea
        Ingredients: 0.5 tablespoon of cassia seeds, 0.25 lemons.
       Method: Wash and slice lemons for later use. Put the sliced ​​lemon slices and cassia seeds into the cup, pour in the boiling water until it is 80% full, cover the lid and simmer for 5 minutes.

6. lemon barley water
       Ingredients: 250g barley, 2 lemons, honey or rock sugar.
       Method: First pass the barley with a water, wash it and soak it for about three hours. Put the soaked barley in a pot with ten times the water and simmer for an hour and a half. Just wait until the water is light milky white and thick. Wash the lemon slices with brine and remove the seeds. Turn off the heat and let it stand. When it cools to below 60 degrees, put the barley water into the container, add sliced ​​lemon and honey, and mix well.
       Efficacy: whitening, barley lemonade can be taken orally, or it can be mixed with milk or honey soaked mask and applied on the face to whiten and refine the skin.
